Pricing
How Pricing Works, and Why There is No Price List
Nobody in this field publishes SEO consulting pricing, which is exactly why this page exists. I cannot give you a number without seeing the site — but I can tell you precisely how the number is arrived at, what it is attached to, and what it is not.

The Principle
You Pay for a Defined Deliverable, Not for Time
Hourly billing rewards slowness and punishes experience, and monthly retainers with an undefined scope are how clients end up paying for activity rather than outcomes. I quote fixed scope against a fixed price, so the thing you are buying is written down before you agree to it.
That has a consequence I will state plainly: I quote after seeing the site, not before. A quote given before anyone has looked at your crawl data is a guess dressed as a number, and it gets revised upward the moment reality arrives. The free AI visibility audit exists partly so that both of us can see enough to have that conversation honestly.
Engagement Types
Four SEO Engagement Models
Free AI Visibility Audit
An outside-in check of whether crawlers and answer engines can reach, read and cite you, with a readiness score and three prioritised fixes. No obligation, no call required.
You get: Free · three working days
Fixed-Scope Audit
The full diagnostic: crawl, render, architecture, content classification and entity clarity, ending in a ticket-ready specification your team or agency can implement. Priced on the size of the site and whether it is single-language or multilingual.
You get: Fixed price, quoted after a look · two to three weeks
Project
A defined piece of work with a start and an end — a migration, a content consolidation, an hreflang rebuild, a GA4 implementation. Scoped from audit findings so the boundaries are real.
You get: Fixed price per project · scoped before it starts
Ongoing Advisory
A monthly arrangement, but only where the audit showed it is warranted. Defined as a set of deliverables per month rather than a block of hours.
You get: Monthly, defined by deliverable · minimum three months
What Moves the Number
What an SEO Quote Actually Depends On
| Factor | Effect | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Number of URLs | Large | Crawl, classification and specification effort scale with the property, not with your revenue. |
| One language or several | Large | Each locale is a separate research and architecture problem, not a copy of the first. |
| Regulated content | Moderate | Review cycles add rounds. The work is the same; the calendar is longer. |
| Who implements | Moderate | Specifying for your developers costs less than implementing. Both are fine. |
| Number of properties | Moderate | Brand microsites on separate domains each need their own diagnosis. |
| Urgency | Small | I would rather move a deadline than rush a diagnosis. Rush pricing usually signals a scoping failure. |
What does not move it: the size of your company, the size of your media budget, or how much the last agency charged you.
Straight Answers
What to Send Before Requesting an SEO Quote
I will tell you when the work is not worth doing. Some sites need three fixes and six months of being left alone. If that is yours, you will hear it in the audit rather than after a year of invoices.
I do not sell GEO as a standalone product. If the foundation is broken, that is the engagement, and quoting you for AI visibility on top of a site that cannot be crawled would be taking your money for a layer with nothing underneath it.
I do not guarantee rankings or AI citations, and nor can anyone else. What I guarantee is the diagnosis, the sequence, the specification and the measurement design — the parts that are actually within my control.
The audit findings are yours either way. If you take the specification and implement it with someone cheaper, that is a legitimate outcome and it happens.

Because the honest range is too wide to be useful. The same word “audit” covers a 200-page single-language site and a 40,000-URL multilingual group with four brand microsites, and a published number would either scare off the first or badly under-quote the second. What I can publish is exactly what drives the number, which is the table above.
No. Hourly billing rewards taking longer and penalises knowing the answer quickly, and it gives you no way to predict a total. Everything is fixed scope against a fixed price.
Quoted and invoiced in USD or EGP for Egyptian clients, and in USD for Gulf and international clients. Payment terms are agreed with the scope, normally part on commencement and part on delivery.
Not for audits or projects — those are one-off by design. Ongoing advisory has a three-month minimum, because anything shorter cannot show whether it worked and both of us would be guessing.
That is the recommended path: free audit, then a fixed-scope paid audit if it is warranted, then implementation or advisory if the findings justify it. Each step is a real decision point, and stopping after any of them is a normal outcome.
Sometimes, on the diagnostic side. I will not present as someone else’s in-house team to an end client, but specifying work that an agency implements under their own name is straightforward and I do it.
Then it says so. That is a real outcome and it happens more often than you would expect — plenty of sites are one rendering fix away from being fine and do not need a programme.

You get a readiness score and three prioritised fixes in three working days. If a paid engagement makes sense after that, the quote is based on what the audit actually found.
Three working days, by email. No call unless you want one, and no follow-up sequence. What the audit covers.
